If you need shade or slightly cooler temperatures near your home or RV, then a roll up awning might be just what you should buy.  You hang them from a building, or any solid wall, and then extend them when you need a break from the weather.  One of the best features of these awnings is that you don’t have to worry about them getting ruined by storms.  You get all of the benefits of a solid, built-in overhang without any of the difficulties.

It should probably be noted that there are also motorized awnings available for purchase.  These have almost of the same benefits as a regular roll-up, except that it will automatically extend and retract with the push of a button.  These can be much heavier and therefore harder to remove, but make the regular duty of getting the awning ready for a relaxing day outside much easier.
